Light, relaxing, circulatory massage. Good for those who want a comfortable massage experience to ease the nerves and unwind.
Therapeutic technique that focuses on relieving fascial adhesion and discomfort in the deeper layers of muscle tissue. A bit of discomfort may be experienced during the session, leading to a greater sense of ease in the body in the days and weeks following provided that indications are followed.
Working with sustained pressure on irritable bands of tissue to reduce, and in some cases eliminate, discomfort and stiffness. This technique is highly effective and causes a moderate to high amount of discomfort that subsides as each point relaxes.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (priced as an add on to any session)
Various implements are used to break up scar tissue, fascial adhesion and restricted muscle. Stagnant fluids such as lymph and blood are often drawn out of the tissue for elimination. Sometimes in areas of restriction capillaries will break creating patches of petechiae that are not harmful and resolve on their own in a few days.
